John Kreese seeks revenge on Daniel LaRusso and Mr. Miyagi, turning to his friend Terry Silver for help by hiring a karate champion named Mike Barnes to challenge Daniel at the All-Valley Tournament, while Daniel and Miyagi face challenges of their own after their home is demolished.
