After a karate tournament defeat, John Kreeses attack on Johnny Lawrence is stopped by Miyagi; Miyagi then goes to Okinawa with Daniel after receiving news of his dying father, where they encounter Sato who demands a fight, but Miyagi refuses, leading to the discovery of Satos destruction of the villages fish population and ownership of their land, and after Miyagis father passes away, Sato gives him time to mourn before their fight, while Daniel learns the secret drum technique and falls for Yukies niece, Kumiko, ultimately exposing corruption and leading to confrontations in Chozens business, and when Sato threatens the village, Miyagi is forced to fight, but a typhoon strikes, leading to the saving of Sato and a child, which transforms Satos perspective, as he offers to help rebuild the village, and during this time, Chozen kidnaps Kumiko and challenges Daniel to a fight, which Daniel wins by utilizing the drum technique, resulting in a celebratory victory for the village. The Karate Kid Part II is a 1986 American English-language Action Family motion picture featuring Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita, Bruce Malmuth, Eddie Smith, Martin Kove, Garth Johnson and Mitsuru Yamahata. The movie is inspired from Characters created by Robert Mark Kamen. Delphi V Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jerry Weintraub. The Karate Kid Part II is written by Robert Mark Kamen and directed by John G. Avildsen. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Karate Kid Part II was released on 20th June 1986 and takes a screen time of 113 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Karate Kid Part II was made on a budget of $5 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $25 million. Cinematography was done by James Crabe and editing by John G.
