In a modern Stone Age town, Fred Flintstone faces various challenges after being promoted to vice president and is manipulated by his conniving boss, while also trying to support his friend Barney Rubble who faces financial difficulties and eventually saves his family from danger. The Flintstones is a 1994 American English-language Comedy Family movie starring John Goodman, Rick Moranis, Elizabeth Perkins, Rosie O donnell, Kyle Maclachlan, Halle Berry and Kyle Pittman. The movie is inspired from The Flintstones by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Amblin Entertainment in association with Hanna-Barbera Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bruce Cohen. The Flintstones is written by Tom S. Parker, Jim Jennewein and Steven E. De Souza and it is directed by Brian Levant. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Flintstones was released on 25th September 1994 and takes a screen time of 91 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Flintstones was made on a budget of $46 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $341 million. Cinematography was done by Dean Cundey and editing by Kent Beyda.
