The Fearless Hyena

A young man with secret kung fu skills, who initially takes his training lightly, gets involved in fights and accidentally gets fired from his job, but eventually seeks revenge after being trained by The Unicorn following the death of his grandfather at the hands of the evil master Yam Tin-fa. The Fearless Hyena is a 1979 Cantonese-language Comedy Action motion picture starring Jackie Chan, James Tien, Dean Shek, Hui Lou Chen, Shi-kwan Yen, Kun Li and Yao Wang. Goodyear Movie Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Hsu Li-hwa. The film is written and directed by Jackie Chan. Lung Cheung Company Limited acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Fearless Hyena was released on 17th February 1979 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Chen Yung-shu and editing by Liang Yung-tsan. The music was composed by Frankie Chan along with Chen Hsua-chi.
