The China Syndrome is a 1979 American English-language Drama Thriller film featuring Jane Fonda, Jack Lemmon, Michael Douglas, Scott Brady, James Hampton, Peter Donat and Robert S. Woods. IPC Films in association with Major Studio Partners. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Michael Douglas. The China Syndrome is written by Mike Gray, T.s. Cook, James Bridges and T. S. Cook and it is directed by James Bridges. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The China Syndrome was released on 16th March 1979 and takes a screen time of 122 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The China Syndrome was made on a budget of $5 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $51 million. Cinematography was done by James Crabe and editing by David Rawlins. The music was composed by Stephen Bishop.
