The Beaver is written by Kyle Killen and directed by Jodie Foster. Summit Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Beaver was released on 23rd June 2011 and takes a screen time of 91 minutes. The Beaver was made on a budget of $21 million and at the box office it grossed only $7 million. Cinematography was done by Hagen Bogdanski and editing by Lynzee Klingman. The music was composed by Marcelo Zarvos.
