A rogue plastic surgeon seeks revenge on a man who killed her brother by performing a gender reassignment surgery on him, but he becomes horrified by his new appearance and seeks refuge with a woman named Johnnie, leading to a series of events involving police disbelief, attacks, confessions, and a final confrontation resulting in the surgeons acceptance of her fate.
