Thagapansamy

In a drought-stricken village, Kathirvel works alongside water-divining expert Shanmugham to bring water, but tragedy strikes when Shanmugham dies, leading the villagers to become bonded laborers and face abuse until Kathirvel fights back, helps them return home, and marries Marikozhundhu. Thagapansamy is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language Action Drama film featuring Namitha, Karunas, Vincent Asokan, Aruna Guhan, Mahadevan, Prashanth Thiagarajan and Pooja Umashankar. Thirumalai Creations was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tiruchi Gopalji. Thagapansamy is written by Rajesh Kandan, Tiruchi Gopalji and Shivashanmughan and it is directed by Shiva Shanmugam and Shivashanmughan. Thagapansamy was released on 22nd December 2006. Cinematography was done by J. Sridhar and editing by V. T. Vijayan. The music was composed by Srikanth Deva.
