Partha, a wealthy businessman, marries Rituparna to exploit her, but she discovers he is impotent and falls in love with her old friend, Indra, leading to a dangerous situation as Partha plots to traffick her and tries to eliminate her. Telephone is a 2015 Indian Bengali-language Drama motion picture featuring Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Pethuraj Amrutha Srinivasan, Upashak Bagchi, Tamishra Biswas, Avijit Chandra, Soumitra Chatterjee and Sadip Paul. Dharmapatha Creations was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Raj Kandukuri. The movie is directed by Subrata Dey, Chandrajit Kaur and Vivek Athreya. Suresh Productions acquired the distribution rights for the film. Telephone was released on 25th December 2015. The screenplay for the movie was written by Vivek Athreya. Cinematography was done by Vedaraman S and editing by Viplav Nyshadam. The music was composed by Prashanth R Vihari.
