Comedy Drama Romance

A Palestinian production assistant on a soap opera receives military dialogue suggestions from a checkpoint officer, uses them to impress the producers and star of the show, and is promoted to a screenwriter, but seeks help from the officer to write in exchange for hummus and a wedding ending to avoid getting fired, ultimately avoiding a disaster by having the officer break up the wedding in the show and securing his job and winning back his girlfriend. Tel Aviv on Fire is a 2018 Hebrew-language Comedy Drama movie starring Kais Nashef, Kais Nashif, Lubna Azabal, Yaniv Biton, Maisa Abd Elhadi, Nadim Sawalha and Ala a Darawshe.
