Tears of the Sun is a 2003 American English-language Action Drama motion picture featuring Bruce Willis, Monica Bellucci, Cole Hauser, Tom Skerritt, Eamonn Walker, Johnny Messner and Amelie Mbaye. Columbia Pictures in association with Revolution Studios and Cheyenne Enterprises. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ian Bryce, Mike Lobell and Arnold Rifkin. Tears of the Sun is written by Alex Lasker and Patrick Cirillo and it is directed by Antoine Fuqua. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the film. Tears of the Sun was released on 7th March 2003 and takes a screen time of 121 minutes. Tears of the Sun was made on a budget of $75 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million.
