Reliance Entertainment in association with Kross Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ram Mirchandani, Gulab Singh Tanwar, Deepak Dhariwal, Suresh Nair, Sujoy Ghosh, Anirudh Tanwar, Hyunwoo Thomas Kim, Abhijit Ghatak, Sameer Rajendran and Gauri Sathe. TE3N is written by Ribhu Dasgupta, Bijesh Jayarajan, Geun-seop Jeong, Suresh Nair and Ritesh Shah and it is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. Sony Pictures Networks acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. TE3N was released on 10th June 2016 and takes a screen time of 136 minutes. TE3N was made on a budget of ₹34 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹18 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Suresh Nair, Ritesh Shah and Bijesh Jayarajan.
