Two love stories face opposition, but fate eventually brings the lovers together with the help of a childhood doll revealing a hidden truth. Taraana is a 1979 Indian Hindi-language Musical Romance movie starring Mithun Chakraborty, Shreeram Lagoo, Ranjeeta Kaur, Master Bhagwan, Jagdeep Syed, Urmila Bhatt and Jankidas Mehra. Eetharam Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tarachand Barjatya. Taraana is written by Khalid Narvi and Khalid-narvi and it is directed by Deepak Bahry. Rajshri Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Taraana was released on 19th October 1979. Cinematography was done by Arvind Laad and editing by Mukhtar Ahmed. The music was composed by Raam Laxman.
