Swordman is a Chinese drama series about an assassin who refuses to kill a target and instead trains villagers to defeat a Kung Fu group without killing. Sword Master is a 2016 Chinese Mandarin-language Action Drama movie featuring Kenny Lin, Peter Ho, Jiang Yiyan, Jiang Mengjie, Yiyan Jiang, Mengjie Jiang and Haiying Zhao. The movie is based on The Third Master s Sword by Gu Long. Bona Film Group in association with Film Unlimited Production. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tsui Hark. The movie is directed by Derek Yee. Zhejiang Bona Production acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Sword Master was released on 15th December 2016 and takes a screen time of 108 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $14 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tsui Hark, Derek Yee and Chun Tin-nam. Cinematography was done by William Chan and Chan Chi-ying and editing by Derek Hui and Li Ruiliang. The music was composed by Peter Kam.
