Switchback

A series of murders occur, including the kidnapping of a young boy, prompting the local sheriff and an FBI agent to join forces in order to catch the serial killer responsible and rescue the agents own son. Switchback is a 1997 English-language Crime Mystery movie starring Dennis Quaid, Danny Glover, Jared Leto, Ted Levine, R. Lee Ermey, Claudia Stedelin and Alexis Baca. Pacific Western Production was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gale Anne Hurd. The motion picture is written and directed by Jeb Stuart. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Switchback was released on 31st December 1997 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. Switchback was made on a budget of $38 million and at the box office it grossed only $6 million. Editing was done by Conrad Buff. The music was composed by Basil Poledouris.
