A Bollywood struggler, Kunal Mehra, faces a moral dilemma when his dreams of becoming a superstar are crushed by a wealthy man who eventually becomes a superstar himself. Super Star is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language Drama Romance movie featuring Kunal Khemu, Tulip Joshi, Aushima Sawhney, Apoorva S. Badgaiyan, Nishikant Dixit, Deep Dudani and Atul Chouthmal. Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Dhilin Mehta. Super Star is written by Rahul Singh, Rohit Jugraj and Sudip Sharma and it is directed by Rohit Jugraj. Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited acquired the distribution rights for the film. Super Star was released on 8th February 2008. Super Star was made on a budget of ₹9 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Piyush Shah and editing by Arun Kumar. The music was composed by Shamir Tandon along with Sanjoy Chowdhury.
