Supari

A middle-class boy with dreams of wealth and a fancy car gets caught up in gambling debt, leading him to become a hitman with his friends, until they are betrayed and a violent battle ensues ending with the boy killing the masterminds behind it all. Supari is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language Crime Drama motion picture starring Uday Chopra, Rahul Dev, Nandita Das, Purab Kohli, Nauheed Cyrusi, Irrfan Khan and Supriya Karnik. Supari was Produced by Padam Kumar. Supari is written by Anuradha Tiwari, Mushtaq Sheikh and Padam Kumar and it is directed by Padam Kumar. Yash Raj Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Supari was released on 20th June 2003 and takes a screen time of 143 minutes. Supari was made on a budget of ₹4 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹2 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Padam Kumar, Anuradha Tiwari and Mushtaq Shiekh. Cinematography was done by Velraj and editing by Sanjay Verma. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Shekhar Ravjiani along with Vishal Dadlani and Vishal Shekhar.
