Summer of 84

A group of teenagers in a small Oregon town suspect their neighbor, a police officer named Wayne Mackey, of being responsible for the disappearances of thirteen boys, and after finding evidence in his shed, they discover the missing boys corpse, leading to the police declaring Mackey a wanted criminal, but it is revealed that the notorious Cape May Slayer is still at large.
