Action Drama Thriller Adventure

A skilled operative is assigned to assassinate high-ranking officials and prevent a coup in a suspenseful political thriller set in North and South Korea, but chaos ensues when a missile attack by North Korean infiltrators leads to a series of events that ultimately result in peace and reunification talks. Steel Rain is a 2017 Korean Korean-language Action Drama movie featuring Jung Woo-sung, Kwak Do-won, Woo-sung Jung, Do-won Kwak, Kim Eui-sung, Kyeong-yeong Lee and Han-sol Kwon. The movie is based on Steel Rain by Yang Woo-suk. Mofac & Alfred was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Park Joon-ho, Kim Tae-won and Sun Young. The movie is directed by Yang Woo-suk. Next Entertainment World acquired the distribution rights for the film. Steel Rain was released on 14th December 2017 and takes a screen time of 139 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $32 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Yang Woo-suk. Cinematography was done by Lee Hyung-duk and editing by Lee Gang-hee. The music was composed by Kim Tae-seong.
