Paramount Domestic Television was the production house involved in the project. Paramount Domestic Television acquired the distribution rights for the television series. Creator of the series is Gene Roddenberry. Star Trek: The Next Generation has 7 seasons and a cumulative total of 178 episodes which have a running time of 44-45 minutes each. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Star Trek: The Next Generation was made on a budget of $1 million. Cinematography was done by Edward R. Brown , Marvin V. Rush and Jonathan West.
