Television. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Rick Berman. Star Trek: Insurrection is written by Gene Roddenberry, Rick Berman and Michael Piller and it is directed by Jonathan Frakes. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Star Trek: Insurrection was released on 4th March 1999 and takes a screen time of 103 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Star Trek: Insurrection was made on a budget of $58 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $112 million.
