Nemo Films in association with DreamWorks Television , Amblin Television , Fox Television Studios , Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Nagendra Babu. Stalin is written by A.r. Murugadoss, Gopalakrishna Paruchuri, Venkateswara Rao Paruchuri and Paruchuri Brothers and it is directed by A.r. Murugadoss and A. R. Murugadoss. Anjana Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Stalin was released on 20th September 2006 and takes a screen time of 176 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Stalin was made on a budget of ₹20 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹30 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by A. R. Murugadoss. Cinematography was done by Chota K.
