After returning home from a long voyage, Charlie discovers that his wife Maggie has moved in with another man but eventually reconciles with her after finding her. Sparrows Cant Sing is a 1963 English-language Comedy Drama movie featuring James Booth, Barbara Windsor, Roy Kinnear, Avis Bunnage, Brian Murphy, Yootha Joyce and Rita Webb. Carthage Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Donald Taylor. Sparrows Cant Sing is written by Stephen Lewis and directed by Joan Littlewood. Elstree Distributors acquired the distribution rights for the film. Sparrows Cant Sing was released on 30th October 1964 and takes a screen time of 94 minutes. Cinematography was done by Desmond Dickinson and Mutz Greenbaum and editing by Oswald Hafenrichter. The music was composed by James Stevens along with Stanley Black.
