Wanda Pictures in association with Riche Productions, Escape Artists and Fuqua Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Steve Tisch, Todd Black, Alan Riche, Antoine Fuqua, Jason Blumenthal, Peter Riche and Jerry Ye. Southpaw is written by Kurt Sutter and directed by Antoine Fuqua. The Weinstein Company acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
