Southern Comfort is written by Michael Kane, Walter Hill and David Giler and it is directed by Walter Hill. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the film. Southern Comfort was released on 25th September 1981 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. Southern Comfort was made on a budget of $7 million.
