A heart specialist Woos an air hostess resulting in her becoming pregnant, marries another woman, and years later meets the air hostess again, causing trouble in his marriage and leading to his daughter being born out of wedlock which results in a court case, but ends up with Shyam remarrying the air hostess and Dipinti being accepted as Mehras daughter-in-law.
