The story follows Soni, a police officer in Delhi, as she faces personal and professional challenges, including a scuffle with a street goon, a confrontation with a drunken navy officer, disciplinary action by the police commissioner, and a fight in a restaurant bathroom, leading to the intervention of her friend Kalpana to bring her back and eventually arrest the son of a ministers friend. Soni is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language Drama Crime movie starring Geetika Vidya Ohlyan, Saloni Batra, Vikas Shukla, Mohit Chauhan, Himanshu Kohli, Gauri Chakraborty and Ishu. Soni was Produced by Kimsi Singh and Kartikeya Narayan Singh. The movie is directed by Ivan Ayr. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Soni was released on 18th January 2019 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The screenplay for the movie was written by Ivan Ayr and Kislay. Cinematography was done by David Bolen and editing by Ivan Ayr and Gurvinder Singh. The music was composed by Nicholas Jacobson-larson along with Andrea Penso.
