Soggadi Pellam

The film follows the story of a village president with a gambling addiction who kidnaps the daughter of a neighboring president, leading to a thrilling chain of events exploring themes of addiction, love, and corruption. Aroma arts was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Raj Kiran and M A Gafoor. The motion picture is written and directed by Muthyala Subbaiah and Raj Kiran. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Soggadi Pellam was released on 1st January 1996. Soggadi Pellam was made on a budget of $75 million and at the box office it grossed only $51 million. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja along with Saluri Koteswara Rao.
