Sleeping Beauty is a 1959 American English-language Animation Family movie starring Mary Costa, Bill Shirley, Eleanor Audley, Verna Felton, Barbara Luddy, Barbara Jo Allen and Purv Pullen. The movie is based on Sleeping Beauty by Charles Perrault. Walt Disney Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Walt Disney. The movie is directed by Clyde Geronimi, Wolfgang Reitherman and Eric Larson. Buena Vista Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Sleeping Beauty was released on 29th January 1959 and takes a screen time of 75 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Sleeping Beauty was made on a budget of $6 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $51 million. Editing was done by Roy M. Brewer Jr. and Donald Halliday. The music was composed by George Bruns.
