Sir William, a veterinarian, saves a beaver called Bessie who escaped during transport and had been adopted by a family of rabbits, despite McKenzies attempts to kidnap her, and is later reunited with her family. Sir Billi is a 2012 English-language Animation Adventure film starring Sean Connery, Alan Cumming, Patrick Doyle, Kieron Elliott, Greg Hemphill, Ford Kiernan and Sébastien Faglain. The movie is inspired from Sir Billi the Vet by Tessa Hartmann. Billi Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sascha Hartmann, Tessa Hartmann and Sean Connery. Sir Billi is written by Tessa Hartmann and directed by Sascha Hartmann. Shoreline Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Sir Billi was released on 13th April 2012 and takes a screen time of 80 minutes. Sir Billi was made on a budget of £15 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million.
