The movie is based on Christmas at Twenty-nine by Kamato Toshio. Singles was Produced by Cha Seung-jae, Noh Jong-yeon, Im Choong-ryul and Yun Sang-oh. Singles is written by Noh Hye-yeong, Seong Gi-yeong and Park Heon-su and it is directed by Kwon Chil-in. Chungeorahm acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Singles was released on 11th July 2003 and takes a screen time of 110 minutes. Cinematography was done by Kim Jae-ho and Jang Seong-baek and editing by Shin Min-kyung. The music was composed by Kim Jun-seok.
