Singham is essentially a story of good versus evil, and that’s the only thing that works in its favour. It becomes a pointless journey once the second half kicks in. Our hero hardly has any challenges to face. You know that he will accomplish the job at hand. He does that with absolute comfort, even as you get more and more comfortable in your couch, trying to ignore all that is happening on the screen. If not for its overloud background score, the film would have turned into a snore fest. ( Read More )
