Armor Films Inc. in association with Cannon Productions, Jeffrey Konvitz Productions and Zora Investments Associates. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ami Artzi, Jeffrey Konvitz, Lloyd Kaufman and Frank Vitale. The movie is directed by Theodore Gershuny. Cannon Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
