Shock

A couple searching for a new apartment in Chennai discovers that their chosen flat has a dark past involving a previous occupant who killed her child, leading to the wifes obsession with the story and her subsequent possession by the deceased womans spirit seeking revenge on the abusive killer. Shock is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language Horror Action motion picture featuring Sarath Babu, Prashanth Thiagarajan, Meena Durairaj, Mirza Abbas Ali, Kalairani, Malaysia Sathyaraj and K.r. Vijaya. Shock was Produced by Thiagarajan. Shock is written by B. Thyagarajan, Ram Gopal Varma, Thiagarajan, Lalit Marathe and Sameer Sharma and it is directed by B. Thyagarajan and Thiagarajan. Lakshmi Shanthi Movies acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Shock was released on 1st July 2004 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. Cinematography was done by M. V. Panneerselvam and editing by P. Sai Suresh. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Salim Merchant along with Salim-sulaiman.
