A journalist seeks to uncover the truth behind an unsolved murder and enlists the help of a psychiatrist, but ends up incarcerated in the same psychiatric hospital where he learns the murder had three witnesses and ultimately discovers the killers identity before being diagnosed with schizophrenia and left in a catatonic state. Shock Corridor is a 1963 American English-language Drama Mystery motion picture starring Peter Breck, Constance Towers, Gene Evans, James Best, Hari Rhodes, Larry Tucker and Harry Fleer. Allied Artists Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Samuel Fuller. The film is written and directed by Samuel Fuller. Allied Artists Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Shock Corridor was released on 25th September 1963 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Cinematography was done by Stanley Cortez and editing by Jerome Thoms. The music was composed by Paul Dunlap.
