A group of college friends plan a weekend getaway but their trip takes a dangerous turn when they encounter sharks, face captivity and torture, before one friend manages to free himself, kill the villains, save their remaining friend, and escape with a dog, ultimately leading to the involvement of the sheriff. Shark Night 3D is a 2011 American English-language Documentary Horror motion picture starring Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan, Chris Carmack, Katharine Mcphee, Donal Logue, Joshua Leonard and Joe Kennedy. Shark Night 3D was Produced by Chris Briggs, Mike Fleiss and Lynette Howell. Shark Night 3D is written by Bob Cranston, Hansa Winshaw, Will Hayes and Jesse Studenberg and it is directed by Joe Kennedy, Ronette Van Der Walt and David R. Ellis. Rogue acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Shark Night 3D was released on 6th October 2011 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Shark Night 3D was made on a budget of $25 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $41 million. Cinematography was done by Gary Capo and editing by Dennis Virkler. The music was composed by Graeme Revell.
