Shalimar

A thief assumes a new identity to attend an invitation-only event of seasoned criminals on a private island, where they compete for the chance to inherit a valuable diamond, but the thiefs plans are foiled when he is exposed as a CBI officer on a mission to arrest the criminals, and chaos ensues. Shalimar is a 1978 Indian Hindi-language Action Adventure film starring Dharmendra, Zeenat Aman, Sir Rex Harrison, John Saxon, Sylvia Miles, Shammi Kapoor and Anita Advani. Shalimar was Produced by Suresh Shah. Shalimar is written by Kader Khan, Momin Khan, Hriday Lani, Krishna Shah and Stanford Sherman and it is directed by Krishna Shah. Shalimar was released on 31st December 1978. Shalimar was made on a budget of ₹40 lakh. Cinematography was done by Harvey Genkins and editing by Amit Bose. The music was composed by Rahul Dev Burman along with R. D. Burman, and Kersi Lord.
