Orion Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Greenhut, Charles Joffe and Jack Rollins. The movie is written and directed by Woody Allen. Orion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Shadows and Fog was released on 20th March 1992 and takes a screen time of 85 minutes.
