USA Films in association with Scout Productions and October Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Sloss, Dorothy Aufiero, David Collins and Michael Williams. Session 9 is written by Brad Anderson and Stephen Gevedon and it is directed by Brad Anderson. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Session 9 was released on 14th September 2001 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $1 million. Cinematography was done by Uta Briesewitz and editing by Brad Anderson. The music was composed by Climax Golden Twins.
