Seshu

Seshu, a violent college rowdy, becomes the Students Union Chairman but his life takes a dark turn as he kidnaps Abitha, who eventually falls in love with him, but he suffers brain damage and ends up in an ashram, where he desperately tries to prove his sanity, but fails and ultimately loses Abitha to suicide, leaving him with no reason to live. Seshu is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language Drama Romance motion picture featuring Jyothi Lakshmi, Ganesh, Nassar, Sriman, Mohini Patel, Mohan Vaidya and Dr Rajasekhar. The movie is inspired from Sethu. Siva Sivani Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Baby Sivani. Seshu is written by Bala Pazhanisaamy and directed by Jeevitha Rajasekhar. Seshu was released on 28th February 2002 and takes a screen time of 144 mins. The movie made a box office gross of ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Hari Anumolu and editing by Gowtam Raju. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja along with Yuvan Shankar Raja.
