After being molested by a prostitute, Vijay becomes scared of falling in love, but things change for him when he meets the beautiful Sarah Jones. Jaganmatha Arts was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chetan Handoo, Saira Mirza and Deepak Wadhwa. The motion picture is written and directed by Mahrukh Mirza and Marukh Miraz Beig. Group W Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Say Yes to Love was released on 16th March 2012 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. Say Yes to Love was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹3 lakh. Cinematography was done by Deepak Duggal and editing by Sanjay Jaiswal. The music was composed by Surendra Singh Sodhi.
