Three best friends form a tribute band, but their friend falls for a manipulative psychologist who isolates him, leading the others to try to rescue him by reuniting him with his former love, which ultimately ends in chaos but results in all three couples getting married. Columbia Pictures in association with Village Roadshow Pictures, Original Film and NPV Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Neal H. Moritz and Warren Carr. Saving Silverman is written by Hank Nelken and Greg Depaul and it is directed by Dennis Dugan. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the film. Saving Silverman was released on 26th April 2001 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. Saving Silverman was made on a budget of $22 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $26 million. Cinematography was done by Arthur Albert and editing by Debra Neil-Fisher. The music was composed by Mike Simpson.
