The Tamil film Saravedi, directed by V. Samudra, is an action romance with an ensemble cast including Kalyanram, Saikumar, Vedika, Suman, Jayasudha, and other talented actors. Saravedi is a 2009 American Tamil-language movie featuring Harrison Ford, Josh Hartnett, Lena Olin, Bruce Greenwood, Isaiah Washington, Lolita Davidovich and Martin Landau. Columbia Pictures in association with Revolution Studios. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Lou Pitt and Ron Shelton. Saravedi is written by Robert Souza and Ron Shelton and it is directed by Ron Shelton. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Saravedi was released on 7th March 2009 and takes a screen time of 116 minutes. Saravedi was made on a budget of $75 million and at the box office it grossed only $51 million. Cinematography was done by Barry Peterson and editing by Paul Seydor. The music was composed by Alex Wurman.
