Sand Castle

During the 2003 Iraq War, a soldier named Private Matt Ocre attempts to get sent home after injuring himself, but is instead deployed to Baghdad where he witnesses a sniper being taken out by a helicopter strike, and later, his squad is assigned to repair a broken water system in a dangerous village, facing frequent attacks by insurgents, ultimately getting some help from a local school administrator but having their pump station destroyed by a suicide bombing before Ocre is sent home against his wishes. Sand Castle is a 2017 American English-language Drama War movie featuring Nicholas Hoult, Logan Marshall-green, Henry Cavill, Glen Powell, Beau Knapp, Neil Brown Jr. and Ivan Janakat. Sand Castle was Produced by Mark Gordon, Justin Nappi and Ben Pugh. Sand Castle is written by Chris Roessner and directed by Fernando Coimbra. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Sand Castle was released on 4th October 2017 and takes a screen time of 113 minutes. Cinematography was done by Ben Richardson and editing by Zach Staenberg. The music was composed by Adam Peters.
