Samrat Prithviraj

The film tells the story of Prithviraj Chauhan, a ruler in 12th century India who falls in love, faces opposition, battles against Muhammad Ghori, gets captured and blinded, but ultimately emerges victorious before his death, highlighting his significance as the last Hindu ruler of Delhi. Samrat Prithviraj is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language Action Biography motion picture featuring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Manushi Chhillar, Amit Sadh, Manav Vij and Ajoy Chakraborty. The movie is based on Prithviraj Raso by Chand Bardai. Yash Raj Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aditya Chopra. The movie is written and directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Yash Raj Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
