Two food enthusiasts bond over their shared love of cooking and begin a long-distance romance, but complications arise when they both send younger substitutes to meet each other and their relationships become tangled. Salt N Pepper is written by Ahamed Siddique, Dileesh Nair, Shyam Pushkaran, Sadanandan Rangorath and Syam Pushkaran and it is directed by Aashiq Abu. Remya Movies acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Salt N Pepper was released on 8th July 2011 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Salt N Pepper was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹20 crore. Cinematography was done by Shyju Khalid and editing by V. Saajan. The music was composed by Bijibal along with Avial.
