Saleem

The story follows Saleem, a powerful man who takes on criminals in a village to protect his love Satya, but it is revealed through flashbacks that he is actually a wanted gangster internationally, leaving the reasons behind his pursuit of Ileana a mystery. Saleem is a 2009 Indian Telugu-language Action Comedy film starring Vishnu Manchu, Ileana D cruz, Mohan Babu, Ali, Mohan Babu Manchu, Raghu Babu and Jayaprakash Reddy. Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mahesh Ramanathan, Mohan Babu Manchu and Mohan Babu. Saleem is written by Ramana Chintapally, Y.v.s. Chowdary, B.v.s. Ravi, Mohan Babu Manchu, Mahesh Ramanathan, Yvs Chowdary and Chintapalli Ramana and it is directed by Y.v.s. Chowdary, Gopireddy Mallikarjuna Reddy and Yvs Chowdary. Big Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Saleem was released on 22nd December 2009 and takes a screen time of 164 minutes. Saleem was made on a budget of ₹23 crore. Cinematography was done by Ram Prasad and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The music was composed by Sandeep Chowta.
