Two protagonists from India and Pakistan team up to find hidden treasure and fight off terrorists in the action-adventure film Gauthamiputra Satakarni. Sahasam is a 2013 Indian Telugu-language Action Adventure movie featuring Taapsee Pannu, Shakti Kapoor, Paru Gambhir, Ali, Tottempudi Gopichand, Raj Singh Arora and Prabhat Singh Bhadauriya. Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) B. V. S. N. Prasad. Sahasam is written by K.k. Radhakrishna Kumar, Chandra Sekhar Yeleti and Chandrasekhar Yeleti and it is directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti and Chandrasekhar Yeleti. BlueSky Cinemas acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Sahasam was released on 12th July 2013 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. Sahasam was made on a budget of ₹30 crore. Cinematography was done by Shamdat Sainudeen and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Chandra Shekar G. V. The music was composed by K Srinivasa Chakravarthy along with Sri Kommineni.
