Abhishek Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Abhishek Nama. Saakshyam is written by Sriwass and directed by Srivaas and Sriwass. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the film. Saakshyam was released on 26th July 2018 and takes a screen time of 164 minutes. Saakshyam was made on a budget of ₹35 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹22 crore. Cinematography was done by Arthur A. Wilson and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The music was composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar.
