A Marine Colonel is court-martialed for ordering his men to fire on a crowd resulting in the deaths of Yemeni civilians, and his friend and fellow Marine Colonel serves as his defense attorney, where evidence is discovered of tampering to ensure he would be found guilty and the guilty parties are held accountable.
